With reference to Executive Order No. 153, issued in 2002, officials confirmed the program’s ongoing role during the gathering. Its purpose remains focused on improving cooperation across agencies to track down networks profiting from public housing initiatives. Instead of broadening scope, attention stayed fixed on enforcement clarity. Oversight mechanisms were discussed at length, though no structural shifts emerged.
