CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Following his arrival and seminar preparations earlier in the evening, Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio, founder and CEO of Filipino Homes, convened a leaders and unit managers meeting at the Filipino Homes Cagayan de Oro branch on April 16, 2026.

The closed‑door session brought together key branch executives, unit managers, and senior agents to align strategies for the network’s expansion in Northern Mindanao. Discussions centered on operational efficiency, agent development, and maximizing the impact of the upcoming “Build Wealth in Real Estate” seminar scheduled for April 17 at Mallberry Suites Business Hotel.

Strategic alignment before the seminar

With less than 24 hours before the free training event, Leuterio used the meeting to ensure that the local team was fully prepared to support new recruits and convert seminar interest into long‑term agent engagement. Topics included post‑seminar follow‑up procedures, integration of new agents into Filipino Homes’ nationwide multi‑listing platform, and the rollout of upcoming product knowledge sessions with developer partners such as WeeComm and Taft Properties.

Unit managers also presented updates on their respective teams’ performance in the first quarter of 2026, highlighting areas for improvement and sharing best practices in client acquisition and deal closing.

Strengthening CDO’s role in nationwide expansion

Cagayan de Oro has been identified as a priority growth area for Filipino Homes. The network recently conducted a new agents orientation for Team Tycoons and a product knowledge seminar with Taft Properties. Major developers such as Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. and Megaworld continue to invest in the city, reinforcing its status as a real estate hub in Mindanao.
